Discharge paste acts like a bleaching agent, taking colour out of coloured fabrics. This can be done on any fabrics. The active ingredient is Decrolin which takes the colour out of the fabric.

If you have a plain white fabric dye it with direct dye before starting the Discharge process.

1. Tape down fabric

2. Use stencil/ prepare screen or free hand application of the paste onto the coloured fabric.

3. Dry and steam.

4.Wash

Illuminating Discharge

This is where you add 2-4 g of dye to 100g of discharge paste.

This process only works on silk and wool.

Use this paste as above it will discharge the colour out of the fabric whilst adding colour at the same time.
